Manalu & Partners Law Office is a forward-thinking Indonesian law firm established in January 2025 by Beatrice Olivia Elisha as Managing Partner, an accomplished legal professional with a strong academic background and years of hands-on experience. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Law degree with a major in International Law from Universitas Padjadjaran, and a Master of Law with a major in Economic Law from Universitas Indonesia. Prior to founding the firm, she had been actively involved in both individual practice and reputable law firms since 2020.

Education

Beatrice Olivia Elisha holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from Universitas Padjadjaran, majoring in International Law. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted in-depth research on the responsibility of international corporations for marine environmental pollution, with a particular focus on chemical waste discharged by vessels transiting national waters, especially in Indonesia.

She furthered her academic journey by earning a Master of Law (M.H.) degree from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law. Her thesis explored corporate liability and consumer protection in defective airbag cases, based on Indonesia’s Consumer Protection Law—demonstrating her strong analytical foundation in balancing corporate obligations and consumer rights.

Bar Admission

Beatrice is a licensed advocate, admitted to the bar by PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association), DPC SAI, in 2020, and has been an active member ever since.

Aulia Ayu Satrianingtyas earned her Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree with a major in International Law from Universitas Padjadjaran, where she focused her thesis on the development of sustainable investment regulations within the framework of Indonesia’s national development agenda. She continued her academic journey with a Master of Law (M.H.) from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law, and wrote her thesis on consumer protection concerning personal data in fintech companies, specifically addressing issues of database sales and data breaches.

Aulia is a licensed advocate under KAI (Kongres Advokat Indonesia) since 2019 and has been actively practicing ever since. She is authorized to represent clients before all levels of court in Indonesia.
